Group Classes
Terms & Condition
Cancelling and Rescheduling of classes:
1. Parent or guardian must inform one of the Bright Speaker's staff 30 minutes before the class schedule if the class needs to be canceled or needs to be rescheduled
2. If the parent or guardian has canceled the class within 30 minutes before it begins, the parent or guardian must pay for the actual class.
3. We do not refund a reservation for the plan, but it can be transferred, or the parent must complete the payment.
4. Any technical problems of the student, while they are in class, are not the obligation of the company. However, the teacher will still follow the scheduled time for the class.
Reminders:
a) If the teacher is late to their class schedule, the teacher must extend the time based on how many minutes or hours they have delayed.
b) All classes are recorded for Quality Assurance. Rest assured that the recordings will not be distributed on any other platforms.
c) After 4 months of studying at Bright Speaker, the company will hold a Recognition for all the hard works you've done. There will be a ceremony and it is also Recorded so that we can post it on social media for exposure.
d) After 6 months of studying at Bright Speaker, the company will hold a Moving Up Ceremony
e) Parents are not permitted to offer services to other parents in connection with Bright Speaker’s teaching and services. If the above is proven to have been done, the class fee will be automatically forfeited.
f) For group classes, maximum of two(2) devices are allowed to connect during sessions, only if the student's camera or microphone isn't working.
g) The parent is fully aware that he/she needs to wait until the section their child belongs to complete the 8 students requirement before starting the class.
h) No refund policy upon payment for classes and reservations.
Pagkansela at Pag Reschedule ng klase ng estudyante:
1. Dapat ipaalam ng magulang o guardian sa staff ng Bright Speaker 30 minuto o mas maaga bago magsimula ang klase kung liliban ang estudyante.
2. Kapag nag kansela o nag reschedule ang magulang o guardian ng klase ng estudyante sa loob ng 30 minute bago ang simula, babayaran ng magulang o guardian ang naturang klase.
3. Hindi kami nag rerefund ng reservation o ng ibinayad na plan subalit maaari itong itransfer o kailangan tapusin ng magulang ang ibinayad.
Paalala:
a) Dapat na magamit ng estudyante and buong package sa loob lamang ng isang buwan kundi ito ay awtomatikong makakansela maliban na lamang kung ang dahilan ng pagkansela ay guro o Bright Speaker.
b) Anumang teknikal na problema ng estudyante habang nag ka klase ay hindi pananagutan ng kompanya at susundin ng guro ang itinakdang oras ng kanyang klase.
c) Kapag nalate ang guro sa klase nararapat lang na mag extend ito ng oras.
d) Ang lahat ng klase ay nakarecord para lamang sa Quality Assurance. Makakasiguro din na ang mga recordings na ito ay hindi ipapamahagi sa kahit among plataporma sa social media.
e) Hindi pinahihintulutan ang mga magulang na mag offer ng serbisyo sa ibang mga magulang may kaugnayan sa pagtuturo at mga serbisyo ng Bright Speaker. Kung mapatunayan na ginawa ang nasa itaas, awtomatikong ma-forfeit ang binayad sa klase.
f) Para sa group classes, dalawang devices/gadgets lamang ang maaaring gamitin ng bawat estudyante tuwing klase. Ito ay kapag sira lamang ang microphone o camera na ginagamit
g) Inyong nababatid na kailangan munang maghintay ng estudyante hanggang sa mapuno ang pangkat na kaniyang kinabibilangan. Walo ( 8 ) ang bilang na kailangan mapunan bago mag simula ang klase.
h) Walang refund para sa perang binayad o pinareserve kahit hindi pa ito nagamit.
