How to create an account
1. Click the log in button to sign or sign up
2. If you haven't signed up yet, please click sign up with Facebook or Sign up with google.
3. If you are already signed up just click the log in
4. If you are successfully log in you will see your name on the upper right side of the page.
Booking Rules
Our Service is available from 4 am to 12 mid-night.
However, please keep in mind that depending on the tutor's schedule, you may not be able to book a specific tutor at the desired time.
Booking a lesson is easy. You can book a class any time and y as far as a week in advance up to 6 hours before your lesson time.
Cancelation
Students can cancel their class at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class. Just go to your account and click my bookings and there is an option to cancel or reschedule the class. Students can't cancel the class within 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class and it will be count as a finished class.
We understand that you are busy and sometimes you won't be able to attend the class on time. Teachers will wait for the students for up to 15 minutes.
Payment & Refund Policy

2checkout allows you to pay with your credit card, however, sometimes the credit card company can charge you a fee for making an international transaction. This fee depends on your bank.

Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard.

You will get a 100% refund within 7 days from the first payment date if the student has not taken any lessons. It is non-refundable after 7 days from the first payment or any subsequent payments: unless there was a technical issue on Bright Speaker.
